# Terms — SpireRise Accelerator

SpireRise does not charge program fees. Founders receive capital and credits in
exchange for a standard, founder-friendly equity stake.

## Standard Deal
- Investment: $250,000 USD
- Equity: 7% (uncapped, simple instrument)
- Program fee: $0
- Carry / hidden fees: none
- Duration: 12-week program (hybrid; two in-person weeks)

## Included at no extra cost
- Compute: up to $400,000 in GPU, training and inference credits
- Perks stack: $500,000+ across 186+ partner credits and discounts (cloud, AI models, dev tools, banking, legal)
- Mentorship: weekly 1:1s with AI-company operators
- Network: 400+ investors, 80+ design partners, 340+ alumni
- Demo Day: pitch to 400+ investors

## Follow-on
- Access to $2M+ in pro-rata follow-on from SpireRise Ventures and 20+ partner funds

## Eligibility
- Stage: idea through seed (no revenue requirement)
- Team: 1–4 founders, at least one technical
- Location: anywhere (hybrid program)
