How do I determine which tier applies to me?

Start Tier is for startups without institutional funding, founded within the last 5 years, while Scale Tier supports equity-funded startups (up to Series A) within the last 10 years. Funding level and prior Google Cloud credits determine eligibility.

How long do the credits last?

Start Tier credits are valid for one year. Scale Tier credits are divided across two years, with Year 1 fully covered up to $100,000, and Year 2 at 20% coverage up to an additional $100,000.
