SpireRise Labs ("SpireRise", "we", "us") operates the website at spirerise.co and runs the SpireRise accelerator program. This policy explains how we handle personal data across our website, application forms, newsletter and program operations. For any privacy question you can reach our team at privacy@spirerise.co.
Information you give us directly: your name, email, company details, links and anything you submit through an application, contact form or newsletter sign-up.
Information collected automatically: basic analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use privacy-respecting analytics and essential cookies only.
We use your data to review applications, communicate with you, deliver the program and its perks, send updates you asked for, and improve the site. We process this on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in running the accelerator, and where needed to enter into an agreement with you.
We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, email and analytics vendors, all bound by confidentiality. We may disclose data if required by law. We never sell your personal data.
We keep application data for up to 24 months to consider you for future cohorts, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Program records are retained as long as needed for legal and operational purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Under GDPR and CCPA you can exercise these rights at no cost. Email privacy@spirerise.co and we'll respond within 30 days.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and vetted infrastructure to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and will notify you promptly of any breach that affects you.
We operate globally and may process data in the United States, the EU and the UK. Where data crosses borders we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Our site and program are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
