Your ideas and IP stay yours. Applying does not transfer anything.
Applying doesn't guarantee acceptance, funding or a specific outcome.
By accessing spirerise.co, submitting an application, or participating in the SpireRise program, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or apply.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Program participation is subject to a separate acceptance offer and any related agreements we provide to selected companies.
Applying is free and does not guarantee acceptance, investment, credits or any specific outcome. You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We review applications at our discretion.
You retain all rights to the materials, ideas and intellectual property you submit. We treat application materials as confidential and use them only to evaluate and support you. Submitting an application does not transfer any ownership to SpireRise.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, disrupt service, upload malicious code, or use the site to break any law. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the platform or others.
Founder perks and credits are offered by third-party providers under their own terms, and are subject to change or withdrawal by those providers. SpireRise is not responsible for third-party products, availability or eligibility decisions.
The SpireRise name, logo, site design and content are owned by SpireRise Labs and protected by law. You may not copy, republish or use our branding without written permission, except as permitted by our press and brand guidelines.
The site and any program information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice through the site. Nothing here constitutes an offer of investment or a commitment to fund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpireRise is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless a separate program agreement states otherwise.
We may update these terms as our program evolves. The latest version will always live on this page with a current effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
